<p>The Range Temperature Sensor measures the oven temperature. If your oven isn't holding the correct temperature, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Remove the rear access panel to access the old sensor. Depress the tab to disconnect the sensor wire connector. unscrew the sensor mounting screw and pull out the old sensor. Insert the sensor into the hole of the rear panel and replace the mounting screw to secure. Reconnect the wire connector and secure the access panel back into place. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the range and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the range or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing.
