Tequila Kostiv is produced with some of the freshest agave available and demonstrates hints of Vanilla, Butterscotch in its initial taste with a subtle hint of vegetal and earth notes. 100% lowland agave sourced from the fields around Amititan. The pinas are roasted in brick ovens before being crushed in mechanized roller mills. Fermented in wooden vats with open tops without the agave fibers before being distilled twice in copper pot stills.
