Tequila Corazón De Agave is a 100% blue agave blanco tequila from Destiladora San Nicolas in Amatîtán, Jalisco — presenting a very fruity aroma of ripe pears and sweet apples, light in body with a creamy mouthfeel, distinct notes of white pepper, and embodies the true essence of the heart of the agave with a clean, clear, crisp, and smooth finish.

Corazón de Agave uses agave from the Amatîtán lowland valley region of Jalisco. The ‘corazón’ (heart) refers to the piña — the core of the mature agave plant that is harvested, cooked, crushed, and fermented to produce the tequila. At 40% ABV, the blanco presents the unaged agave character directly from the still.
