• Añejo tequila produced in Ixtlahuacán De Los Membrillos, Jalisco, at Compañia Tequilera Los Valores (NOM 1608) • Maestro Tequilero Ricardo Antonio Aguilar • Produced using 100% Azul aka Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) matured 5–8 years • 70% roasted in a stone oven and 30% steamed in a low-pressure autoclave • Milled using a roller mill • Open-air fermented for an average of 7 days in stainless steel tanks using ambient yeast and underground spring water • Distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills • Aged for 12 months in ex–bourbon barrels • Sweet aromas of roasted agave, vanilla bean, and dried tropical fruit transition to a peppery palate of almond, toasted cinnamon, strawberry jam, licorice root, and light caramel • Verified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker • 40% ABV Los Valores Añejo Tequila is elegance in liquid form.
