The Moncler x adidas NMD Runner "Royal Blue" is a collaboration by the Italian high fashion brand on a contemporary version of the casual shoe. Designed through the lens of Moncler, the luxury fashion house that specializes in performance outerwear, the NMD Runner in “Royal Blue” is part of a bigger collection of sneakers and apparel by Moncler and adidas. As for the shoe available here, it features a padded ripstop construction that’s sealed with water-resistant Gore-Tex lining. A lace-up drawstring is inspired by Moncler’s mountaineering roots, and a zippered pouch at the heel makes this sneaker function even more like a winter parka for your feet. Underfoot, the exaggerated midsole gives the shoe a decidedly contemporary appearance while the lugged outsole ensures traction on a variety of surfaces. Release date: October 4, 2023
