This 5 year aging process in three entirely different climatic conditions and it is this unique journey help to deliver Never Say Die’s distinct flavour profile.
Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is the flagship product, with a mash bill using 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. Considered a “High Rye” Bourbon, this offering has spicy notes characteristic of a rye, but with the complexity of a Bourbon whiskey, which can be enjoyed neat, on ice or in your favourite cocktail.
Tasting notes: Light and approachable with vanilla, caramel, orange and mild oak.
