Lollo Perlage is a wonderful espresso blend from three countries of origin - India, Uganda and Brazil. The 50/50 mixture ensures an intense and round espresso with a full-bodied chocolate and nut flavours that will delight lovers of strong coffees.  This unique blend gets the name Perlage because of its character similarity to the wine of the same name. Both have a perfectly balanced sweetness-acid ratio, which makes them a masterpiece of taste

The Lollo Gran Bar Perlage, like its brothers and sisters of the Lollo family, is dark-roasted in the traditional drum roaster until the coffee oils lightly rise to the surface, just as you would expect from a characteristic southern Italian espresso.

The Gran Bar Perlage Espresso is ideal for preparation in the espresso machine (portafilter machine) or in a stovetop pot. As is well known, freshly ground espresso coffee can optimally develop its aromas. Thus, this pretty bag of unique espressos is ideal for home use if you have a small grinder or even a portafilter machine.

Freshly powdered, the perlage bean is perfect as an espresso or as a base for all kinds of milk coffee variations.
