KILZ Kitchen & Bath Primer. Seals porous surfaces, promotes adhesion, helps block light to medium stains, hides previous colors, features a mildew-resistant finish. KILZ KITCHEN & BATH Primer is a water based primer-sealer-stainblocker that is specially designed for residential surfaces in high humidity, moisture and temperature environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms and laundry rooms. It offers excellent adhesion to most interior surfaces and provides a sound anchor for paints. The enhanced mildew-resistant film protects the primer from mildew growth. KILZ KITCHEN & BATH Primer-sealer will block most stains including felt marker, grease, ink, pencil, tannin and water stains. It is a fast drying, low odor, very low VOC formula and is easy to clean with soap and water. Formulated without addition of VOC containing solvent. <5 g/L VOC, excluding colorant(s).
