Jessica's Haunting

Just another day at work was what JESSICA thought it would be, only it was everything her nightmares were made of. HOWARD her fiancé is injured at work. He is put on life support and she holds the power of attorney. The hardest decision she ever had to make, was signing the papers to remove his chance at life. Not being able to wrap her head around the devastation she can't go home. She really is not trying to commit suicide, but she is in no emotional state to be alone. Howard is dead! Howard is not able to leave her side. Jessica tells him she won't let go, that keeps him bound to her side. She can't hear him, but he finds his own way to let her know he is there. Fearing for her, he reaches out to his twin brother JASON, even from the other side. Howards family descend upon Jessica. Finding out Her Howard and the Howard they knew were so different from each other she struggles to make sense of it all. Jason, Howards brother is overbearing and in her face, as much as she wants him to be right about her being pregnant she also wants him to be wrong. At the reading of the will she finds out Howard had Money, a Ranch, a life. It is all hers if she will just go live in the house for a year. Not wanting any of it she declines until she knows for sure she is pregnant. The money will help friends that were in need. She does not want anything for herself, just for her baby. Moving to Texas is a big step but she takes it with courage. One sure fire way to grow up and become independent, is to leave everything and everyone behind and embark on a new adventure. Not much time passes but she realizes just how different Jason is from Howard. Howard is in the background pushing them together.
