Fosforo Mezcal Tobalá Penca emerges from the rugged highlands of Puebla, where wild agave thrives in mineral-rich soil and traditional roasting pits shape its character. Brilliant amber in the glass, it opens with young leather, caramel, spice, and delicate notes of white flowers and lemongrass drifting through the aroma. Crafted from roasted agave cooked 5 to 8 days underground, fermented up to two weeks, and double distilled before resting in glass with agave penca, it carries the soul of its origin in every sip.

The palate blooms with vibrant floral intensity, toasted nuts, and a gentle smoky warmth that settles into a long, satisfying finish. At 43 percent ABV, it delivers depth without harshness, offering a silky mouthfeel that lingers beautifully.
