That time in wood softens and deepens its character, yielding aromas of vanilla bean, butterscotch, baked agave, and toasted oak. On the palate, enjoy waves of caramel, dried fruit, spice, and marzipan, underscored by roasted agave and warm oak. The finish is long, velvety, and elegantly sweet—asserting a balance between agave’s purity and the complexity of aged oak.
