El Mexicano Reposado Tequila

Tequila El Mexicano, through the experience of our Master Tequilero, Ing. León Bañuelos Ramírez, shares with you a tasting where we will use our senses.

Appearance: Brilliant straw yellow color with golden hues and a bright silver edge that indicates its youth.

Aroma: The malolactic fermentation we generate is evident with a buttery aroma, followed by the scents provided by its barrels, all the fruitiness of the American barrel, maple, cranberries, and apricot. On the first nose, the French barrel comes to the forefront with its robust aromas, the wood, tobacco, and vanilla demonstrating the aromatic depth.

Taste: The smoothness and elegance are present with a medium-high attack, with a low alcoholic presence, with an intense flavor of cocoa, elegant wood, and a creaminess that passes smoothly through the throat with a long aftertaste.

Body: Medium-high body, unctuous on the palate that lingers in the mouth.

Pairing Recommendation

Recommendation: Pair with red meats, fresh cheeses, alongside a dessert or with two drops of coffee. They find harmony with milk chocolates flavored with all kinds of warm spices (cinnamon, vanilla, clove, etc.).
