El Amparo Ron Equatorial is an exceptional pure single rum from Ecuador, crafted by third-generation distiller Carlos Baque Zorrilla in the city of Jipijapa, Manabí province. Made from the rare Cubana Negra sugar cane, this rum is produced using traditional, sustainable methods, including hand-harvested cane and natural week-long fermentation.
