It comes in a 750mL standard bottle and is mostly crafted from grapes grown in California, often blending regions like Sonoma and Mendocino.

The wine is designed to be easy to enjoy when young, yet it benefits from aging in French oak barrels for 10-18 months, with some new oak used to enhance flavor. With an alcohol content of 13.9%-14%, Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of dark fruits such as black cherry, blackberry, and blueberry, complemented by subtle hints of mocha, spices, cedar, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, featuring rich berry and plum flavors, a smooth finish, balanced acidity, and silky tannins.
