It's also surprisingly handy when whipping around anything tacky, glutinous or gummy, like batters or homemade mashed potatoes To ensure years and years of use, frequently apply food-grade mineral oil and/or conditioner to the handle.

Note: The wire head of this whisk is too large to fit inside a wide mouth jar. The small Danish dough whisk will fit.
