Dallas Dhu 1979 vintage Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. Rare expression of the closed distillery bottled 2013 by Gordon & MacPhail.
Dallas Dhu Distillery was established by Alexander Edward in 1898 and designed by Charles C. Doug. Dallas Dhu is situated near Dallas in Scotland’s Speyside whisky region but closed as a working malt whisky distillery in 1983. Now in the care of Historic Scotland and re-opened as a distillery museum where visitors are welcomed and distillery tours are available. Dallas Dhu has retained most of its original equipment including two round wooden worm tubs and is a participant in the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival.
