Cincoro Añejo begins as Cincoro Blanco, aging in used American whiskey barrels for 24-28 months. The aging and blending process is more robust for Añejo, as the master blender must distinguish more subtle notes from barrels over 3 years old, with a wide range of complexity from each barrel. Our aging and blending process creates the rich and complex Cincoro taste profile, balancing the uniqueness of our agave profile, with time aging in specially selected barrels. Cincoro Añejo has layers of complexity, similar to fine bourbon or single malt scotch.
