Fifth-generation winemaker Gonzalo Pérez Abarzúa chose only the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Chile's renowned Central Valley, which offer up a complex nose of spice, red currant, and earthy tobacco leaf. The palate unfolds with bell pepper-flecked ripe plums, cherry, hints of charcoal, and nicely toasted spices, finished with a subtle sweet-candy flavor.
