Part of Jim Beam's "Small Batch Collection", this cask strength, non chill filtered bourbon was first given out as gifts by Booker Noe before being made available to the public in 1992. Aged between 6-8 years and bottled anywhere from 120-130 proof it's a bourbon with a bite. A new batch is released every few months.
The second US release of Booker's 2026 Collection is Booker's Batch 2026-02 "Milkshake Batch". Booker Noe loved his dessert as much as he loved his bourbon, and being the inventor that he was, he found a way to bring the two together. The color of this batch is a rich golden amber that came from time spent in the barrel resting through Kentucky's changing seasons. The aroma is rich and thick with vanilla and oak. The flavor profile is full and complex, inviting another sip. The full, flavorful finish lingers and encourages continued enjoyment. This batch pairs beautifully with dessert-inspired cocktails, such as a chocolate milkshake with bourbon added, bringing back memories of Booker's favorite treats.
