This 2025 release undergoes a dual-barrel aging process, starting in new toasted and charred American oak barrels, followed by finishing in custom French fine-grain oak barrels crafted from staves air-dried for over 40 months near the Charente River in France. This meticulous process imparts a rich complexity to the bourbon, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors.
Tasting Notes:
- Color: Deep ruby red, reminiscent of tawny port.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of dark caramel, cherry, molasses, milk chocolate, brown sugar, and woody oak.
