A water analysis is important for wells because well water is usually high in salts, and levels often change. Even water from municipal sources can change in composition over time so regular testing is important to determine purity and safety.

This test provides a baseline panel that dictates how you build nutrient recipes and choose filters or RO.

When Should I Test My Water?

Growers should consider Water testing:

• Quarterly or whenever municipality changes source
• Before installing expensive filtration

Water Test Example

• Finding: Bicarbonate 220 ppm (ideal <60 ppm).
• Action: Add inline acid injector targeting 5.8 pH, adjust nutrient recipe to offset added sulfuric acid sulfur contribution.

What To Expect: We will ship the appropriate sample holder and accompanying instructions, along with a prepaid return label, if requested, for sending it back to our facility. Test results will be available within 2 to 3 business days after which one of our Cultivation Advisors will contact you to discuss the next steps.
