and we have seen his glory is a collection of poetry centered around the person and work of Christ. These seven poems were borne out of moments of awe and wonderin the midst of a theology class, because when the object of our study is also the object of our affection and worship, schoolwork becomes an offering of praise, and lecture notes become poetry. Accordingly, this collection is meant to draw readers toward worship. Each poem is paired with a short description of the theological concept underlying the piece, reminding readers that theology is accessible, it can be beautiful, and its aim is to help us to see Jesus' glory more and more, until we one day see his face!
