After one or more grinding cycles, the desired fineness is achieved (typically 3 to 18 microns, depending on the fineness measurement method).
• Two Sets of Baffles: The alloy steel grinder is equipped with two sets of baffles, one made of copper and the other made of white plastic. The two sets of baffles can meet the needs of grinding different color depths. When discharging, adjust the pressure screw on the blade so that the cut is slightly higher than the center of the roller, which facilitates scraping off the material adhering to the surface of the roller.
• High-quality Workmanship: The three rollers of the pigment grinding machine are made of cold-hardened alloy castings, with a cold-hardened alloy layer thickness of 15-25 millimeters and a surface hardness of HS68-75. The outer shell is made of high-quality thickened stainless steel with a smooth polished surface.
• Maintenance Notes: Before operation, ensure that the roller surface is clean and that there is sufficient lubricant in the lubrication areas. Monitor the bearing temperature, which must not exceed 45°C. After operation, loosen the roller, copper blades, and discharge device, then clean them. Please inject lubricating oil into the left side of the roller every 3 to 5 days. Avoid grinding corrosive materials.
